About the Role A leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv is seeking a Business Continuity & Major Incident Manager to join the Information Systems and Digital Division Headquarters The role involves leading and prioritizing Major Incident Management processes, driving business continuity during critical events, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, conducting Root Cause Analysis RCA investigations, documenting lessons learned, and tracking recommendations to full implementation You will maintain ongoing communication with executive management, project managers, vendors, and core technical teams to restore services quickly while ensuring system reliability The position requires willingness to participate in on-call rotations including weekends and holidays as needed

Must-have Requirements

At least 6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure operations or systems management

Proven experience leading Major Incident Management and managing critical service disruptions in large-scale enterprise environments

Academic degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering OR any Bachelor degree with at least 400 hours of advanced IT training OR Practical Engineer degree in Computers or Technology OR 500 hours of certified infrastructure courses OR service in elite military technology units such as Mamram, 8200, or C4I Corps

Solid technical understanding of information systems with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Strong analytical mindset, end-to-end task management capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills under pressure

High-level interpersonal communication and ability to drive tasks across teams without direct authority
