SAP HCM Time Management Senior Consultant (Israel Localisation)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Senior Consultant with proven expertise in Israeli Time Management localisation to support a feasibility assessment for a global client considering the deployment of SAP Time Management within its Israeli subsidiary.

This is an initial short-term consulting engagement of approximately 10-15 days during October/November, focused on assessing business requirements, local compliance needs, solution fit, and implementation feasibility. Should the client proceed with the project, there is potential for a longer-term implementation assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a feasibility and solution assessment for the deployment of SAP HCM Time Management in Israel.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current time management processes and requirements.
• Analyse Israeli labour law, collective agreements, working time regulations, holidays, overtime rules, and other localisation requirements.
• Assess SAP HCM Time Management capabilities against business and regulatory needs.
• Identify solution gaps, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Provide recommendations on design approach, effort estimation, and project roadmap.
• Prepare and present findings to client stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP Time Management best practices and localisation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive SAP HCM experience with strong focus on Time Management.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting:
• SAP Time Management
• Time Evaluation
• Personnel Time Management (PT)
• Time Schemas and PCRs
• Absence and Attendance Management
• Integration with Payroll
• Demonstrable experience delivering SAP HCM Time Management solutions for Israel.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labour legislation and time management requirements.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies, discovery workshops, and solution assessments.
• Ability to work independently and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous SAP HCM implementation projects within multinational organisations.
• Experience delivering global or multi-country time management rollouts.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management exposure would be advantageous.
• Experience leading solution design and implementation phases.
