We’re looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in system implementation, workflow

mapping, and business automation to take client projects from concept to launch.

• Hands-on System Implementation Experience: Specific, proven experience onboarding and implementing business systems for clients.
• Workflow & Business Process Mapping: Ability to analyze complex client workflows, map gaps, and translate business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems: Practical experience with CRMs like Fireberry, Monday.com.
• Experience with Automation Platforms: Hands-on work or deep familiarity with automation tools (Make, n8n) and AI-driven solutions.

• Lead Client Projects End-to-End: Ownership from initial discovery and process mapping to technical implementation, delivery, and launch.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex client processes into actionable technical requirements for automation developers and implementation specialists.
• Project & Client Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and client relationships with full confidence and transparency.

• Work with cutting-edge tools in AI, automation, and business platforms.
