Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Herzliya. The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers, present suitable products and services, and guide customers through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, providing accurate information about offerings, and closing sales while meeting individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize customer experience and sales performance. The Sales Agent may also participate in training sessions to stay current on product updates, insurance-related topics, and sales techniques.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or sales software, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or the insurance sector is an advantage; relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
