The office is located in Central Israel adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Financial Data Engineer / Application DBA, taking ownership of the development, optimization, and maintenance of complex financial reporting systems and data engines.
• Developing and managing robust Data Pipelines using advanced SQL and scripting, ensuring accurate, high-integrity financial and operational data processing.
• Leading data migration and modernization initiatives, transitioning pipelines and core business logic from SQL Server to Snowflake.
• Translating complex business requirements, financial metrics, and operational workflows into clean, efficient, and well-documented data models and code.
• Conducting deep data analysis, performance tuning, query optimization, and resolving data anomalies within dynamic production environments.
• Driving process automation across internal data workflows utilizing PowerShell and SQL scripts.

Requirements-

• 3 years of hands-on experience as an Application DBA / Database Developer working with SQL Server – Mandatory
• Deep technical proficiency in complex T-SQL programming, performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedures – Mandatory
• Proven ability to analyze complex business workflows and translate them into high-performing, functional database code – Mandatory
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in process automation and scripting (PowerShell, SQL) – Mandatory
• High engineering standards for design, documentation, data integrity, and automated testing – Mandatory
• Strong multitasking capabilities and proven track record delivering under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake – Significant Advantage
• Prior background in FinTech, financial reporting systems, E-Commerce, or high-volume transactional data platforms – Advantage
