Solutions Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Architect, owning the end-to-end technical engagement with enterprise customers from technical discovery through commercial close.
• Translating complex customer cloud architectures, pain points, and workload profiles into tailored technical solutions, clearly validating and proving numerical ROI.
• Designing and executing deep technical evaluations, interactive demos, whiteboarding sessions, and hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) on live enterprise workloads.
• Leading high-stakes technical sessions with senior engineering leaders, Chief Architects, and C-level executives, articulating both deep technical value and business outcomes.
• Serving as a vital bridge between field engineering and internal R&D, channeling enterprise feedback, edge cases, and feature requests directly into the core product roadmap.
• Championing a high-agency, customer-obsessed mindset to dismantle complex technical blockers and demonstrate measurable autonomous optimization.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, with a direct track record of influencing high-value enterprise software deals – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on architectural and operational expertise in Cloud Infrastructures (primarily AWS) and modern Data Platforms (Databricks, Apache Spark, or Snowflake) – Mandatory
• Practical engineering knowledge of containerized workloads and distributed orchestration, specifically Kubernetes (K8s) – Mandatory
• Master of technical storytelling: highly skilled in live demos, architectural whiteboarding workshops, and managing complex technical POCs – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to command a room of Principal Engineers and VP-level stakeholders, bridging deep technical mechanics with business and financial value – Mandatory
• High-agency, autonomous mindset with exceptional analytical rigor, structured thinking, and a customer-obsessed problem-solving drive – Mandatory
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background – Advantage
