Head of Product

Operating with over 150 professionals at its primary innovation and engineering hub in Israel, the company pairs long-term commercial stability with sophisticated B2C product challenges across web and mobile ecosystems.

The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as VP of Product, reporting directly to the Chief Operating & Product Officer (COPO), leading the overall product strategy, vision, and execution across all digital platforms.
• Managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers, while actively driving the recruitment and scaling of the product group.
• Taking full, end-to-end ownership of the B2C customer journey: from user onboarding, digital KYC, and automated verification, through funding and active trading, to withdrawals and self-service.
• Defining the multi-year product roadmap, setting measurable business KPIs, establishing feature prioritization frameworks, and aligning cross-functional teams with business goals.
• Leading product innovation for Mobile (iOS/Android), Web, and the proprietary in-house trading engine, setting high standards for UX/UI design, journey automation, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
• Collaborating closely with Executive Management, R&D, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to drive rapid execution while ensuring full adherence to international financial regulations.

Requirements-

• 4+ years of proven leadership experience as a VP of Product, Product Director, CPO, or a seasoned Group Product Manager / Lead ready to step up – Mandatory
• Proven track record managing a product team of at least 4–5 product managers – Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on experience in high-scale B2C product management – Mandatory
• Deep domain expertise in FinTech, online brokerage, financial services, or related financial technology environments – Mandatory
• Proven background building, shipping, and scaling both Mobile and Web applications, with deep intuition for UX/UI and user-centric product design – Mandatory
• Solid familiarity with Capital Markets, online trading platforms, or brokerage workflows – Significant Advantage
• Practical background designing and optimizing digital onboarding and KYC / AML funnels – Significant Advantage
• Strong technical background, analytical mindset, and data-driven approach to product metrics, conversion funnels, and retention – Advantage
