Who We Are

Responsible for setup and maintenance of a technical lab. Supports in the design of the laboratory topology, sets up, maintains, and replaces equipment. Runs tests, troubleshoots and solves client issues. Writes and works with scripts to automate workflows. Ensures appropriate documentation and compliance of the lab.

What You'll Do

• Contributes to small-to-large scale projects, with guidance
• Contributes to the maintenance of a lab
• Supports laboratory infrastructure through executing tasks related to installation, calibration, and maintenance
• Develops testing skills and may support basic testing activities
• Assists with routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Identifies problems with lab hardware
• Identifies and replaces failed lab equipment
• Tracks equipment inventory and usage and supports lab equipment upgrades/replacement
• Works on installation of new equipment
• Monitors lab hardware and software for issues
• Addresses low-complexity issues as appropriate and/or escalates as needed
• Develops familiarity and works with pre-written scripts for specific workflows
• May perform lab documentation and related activities
