Are you a highly organized, hands-on operational HR specialist who loves connecting people, processes and operations?

A leading global luxury brand (HQ in Central Tel Aviv) is looking for HR Operations Manager to own our multi-site day-to-day HR workflows and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations: Manage and sync day-to-day HR processes for Israel and international branches, working closely with local HR’s, legal advisors, and vendors across countries.
• Employee Lifecycle & Welfare: Full responsibility for onboarding and offboarding processes, alongside day-to-day HR operations, including tracking employee attendance, leaves, sick days, and company welfare activities.
• Process Tracking & Compliance: Monitor and audit HR processes to ensure uniformity, organization, and compliance with local requirements in each country.
• Global Travel & Logistics: Full ownership of corporate travel for employees- managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, corporate airline accounts, modifications, cancellations, and providing fast, real-time support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR Operations within a global environment of 4+ years– Must
• High proficiency with HiBob (process building & data management- Significant Advantage.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with strong attention to details, numbers, and deadlines.
• Tech-savvy, independent, with a high level of discretion and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (high professional written and verbal level)- Must
