Job Description

User Support:

Provide support for operational issues and assist end users in working with the Priority ERP system.

Business Process Analysis & Implementation:

Support business processes across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and finance, from understanding business needs through implementation and deployment.

User Access & Reporting:

Set up and maintain users and access permissions, and create and maintain reports and report generators according to departmental requirements.

Training:

Develop user guides and provide one-on-one and group training sessions.

QA & Testing:

Perform acceptance testing for new developments and system changes prior to production release.

Requirements

1. Previous Experience:
2. 1 year of experience in Priority implementation or support. Exceptional graduates of a Priority implementation course with no prior experience may also be considered, provided they have a strong technical background.
3. Priority Knowledge:
4. Understanding of the Priority data structure, with experience working with report generators and system screens.
5. SQL:
6. Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to write basic queries – an advantage.
7. Languages:
8. Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
