Information Systems Implementor

Natasha Denona Makeup is a globally recognized beauty brand founded by internationally renowned makeup artist Natasha Denona. Known for its innovation, premium-quality products, and trend-setting creativity, the brand has become a leading name in the global beauty industry, with a strong presence across international retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated Information Systems Implementor to oversee our global tech infrastructure and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize company-wide tech systems, cloud platforms, and software network.
• Lead the implementation and integration of business software, including ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
• Provide technical support, resolve complex system issues, and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes through technology.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tech systems management or system administration.
• High-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is strictly required to work with international teams and vendors.
• Strong background in managing cloud services, business software, and enterprise tech infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong service orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, or eCommerce sectors is a plus.
