Company Description

MANNA – Recipes & Cooking is building a new home for food, recipes, and culinary creators.

The platform helps people turn food inspiration from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the web into recipes they can save, organize, and actually cook. Users can build personal recipe collections, discover new ideas, create menus, and use AI-powered tools designed around cooking and recipes.

MANNA is already live. Our longer-term vision is to build a social platform centered around food — connecting people, recipes, and culinary creators through what people actually want to cook, discover, and share.

We are now building the founding team that will help take the existing product into its next stage.

Role Description

We are looking for a Founding Business Partner to work alongside the founder on building MANNA as a company, not only as a product.

The role focuses on turning the existing platform into a scalable business by helping define commercial priorities, partnerships, go-to-market opportunities, and the operating model required for the next stage.

The exact scope and level of involvement can evolve based on the right person and mutual fit.

Key areas of responsibility may include:

• Helping shape MANNA’s business strategy and priorities
• Identifying and developing partnerships with relevant companies, creators, brands, and ecosystem players
• Exploring monetization opportunities and business models
• Supporting go-to-market planning in Israel and future international markets
• Building relationships with potential strategic partners
• Helping structure business processes as the company grows
• Contributing to company planning, decision-making, and execution
• Supporting fundraising activities when relevant

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong business judgment and commercial thinking
• Experience in business development, strategy, partnerships, operations, or startup environments
• Ability to take ideas from concept to execution
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment with changing priorities
• Interest in consumer technology, food, social products, creator platforms, or marketplaces
• A genuine interest in building a company over the long term

Experience in startups, consumer products, creator economy, food-tech, partnerships, or fundraising is an advantage, but not required.

Stage & Compensation

This is an early-stage founding-team opportunity.

There is currently no salary attached to the role. The position is equity-based, with meaningful equity and vesting structured according to the level of responsibility, commitment, and long-term involvement.
