Marketing & Sales Manager

Microcon, a growing and innovative defense technology company, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the international business development and sales activities of its advanced electro-optical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of the company's marketing and business development strategy.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers in domestic and international markets.
• Lead sales campaigns from opportunity identification through contract award and order fulfillment.
• Conduct negotiations and manage complex sales processes with customers and partners.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Frequent international travel.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in international marketing and sales within the defense industry.
• Proven track record in business development and winning new contracts in global markets.
• Technical knowledge and experience in Electro-Optical Systems and/or Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS/UAVs) – a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration (mandatory).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organizational environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience working with AI tools is an advantage.
