📍 Park Re'em, Israel | Full-Time | On-site

Join a leading group of companies operating in the automotive, insurance, vehicle import, and car rental industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously (20+ open positions).
• Recruit for a variety of roles, including Customer Service, Finance, Drivers, IT, and Operations.
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Publish and manage job postings across various recruitment channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Mandatory.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience - Mandatory.
• Experience in a recruitment agency - Advantage.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and sourcing tools - Mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, motivation, and passion for recruitment.
