Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building complex systems.

In this role, you will hold end-to-end responsibility—from requirements analysis and technical design to Apex and LWC development, integrations management, infrastructure maintenance, and release deployments.

Development & Architecture:

Code Development: End-to-end Salesforce full-stack development, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Technical Design: Architectural and technical design of complex system solutions.

Code Review: Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and optimize system performance.

Integrations & External Systems:

Interfaces & Integrations: Requirements analysis, design, development, and execution of complex integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.

Connecting Systems & Certifications: Connecting external platforms to Salesforce and managing required security certificates and credentials.

DevOps, Release & Environment Management:

Deployments: Deploying developments through the pipeline and managing CI/CD processes.

Major Releases: Assessing and implementing required changes for major version upgrades and preparing environments accordingly.

Environment Refresh: Managing and executing sandbox and environment refreshes.

Heroku Upgrades: Managing, maintaining, and upgrading Heroku infrastructure.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Full-Stack Developer (expert-level proficiency in Apex and LWC) – Mandatory.

Integration Expertise: Proven experience in designing and building integrations with third-party systems.

DevOps Skills: Practical experience with deployments, pipeline management, and release cycles.

Availability: Willingness to support late-night/mid-week off-hour deployments and operational support as needed.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
