We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Director to join a large-scale and challenging technology environment within a leading organization.

In this senior leadership role, you will lead cross-organizational and multi-system technology initiatives, manage large Delivery teams and multidisciplinary teams, and drive complex transformation programs.

The role includes leading business and technology architecture, driving significant organizational and technological change, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors, and business partners, and overseeing large-scale budgets and multi-year work plans. You will also be responsible for implementing advanced methodologies, professional standards, and best practices across complex Enterprise and Cloud environments.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Modi'in.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education – required

• 8+ years of experience managing Delivery teams in complex projects – required

• 3+ years of experience managing large multidisciplinary teams of over 60 employees – required

• Significant experience in infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and complex information systems across Enterprise and Cloud environments, including experience with SAP-based core systems and integrations with additional systems – required

• Proven experience leading transformation programs and significant organizational and technological change – required
