Technical Operations Project Manager

About The Role

A global software company is looking for a highly motivated Technical Operations Project Manager to support the Head of the AI Center of Excellence and drive cross-functional execution across the organization.

This role combines project and program management, operational governance, and AI technology adoption. You will work closely with Development, IT, Operations, business units, and senior stakeholders globally to support the AI roadmap and accelerate AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Manage roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, and project goals.
• Drive PMO processes, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Manage workflows and tracking processes using Jira.
• Support the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across the organization.
• Track adoption, usage, and business value metrics.
• Prepare executive presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, PMO, or Program Management.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  
  

• Experience in enterprise organizations.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms and AI adoption.
• Experience with Jira, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Experience with change management and technology implementation.
• Familiarity with AI agents and governance.
