Performance Creative Designer Lead - Motion & Static

We're is looking for a Performance Creative Designer Lead - Motion & Static

for our creative and visual execution of the marketing activity across multiple brands, channels, and formats.

This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who combines strong visual craft with a performance-driven mindset. Someone who can join our great Marketing team, take a marketing brief from concept to execution, develop creative variations for testing and optimization, and translate ideas effectively across digital, print, outdoor, and event-related touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creative direction and visual language of marketing campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives across multiple Haaretz Group brands.
• Work across several brands simultaneously, while understanding and maintaining each brand’s distinct identity, values, and visual language.
• Own the creative process end-to-end - from interpreting and refining the brief, through concept development and design, to final execution and platform-specific adaptations.
• Create high-performing static and motion assets for digital and performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative concepts, variations, and iterations for testing, optimization, and different audience segments.
• Design and adapt creative for a wide range of channels, including paid social, display, digital platforms, print, outdoor advertising, and events.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing teams as well as external creative, production, and media partners.
• Apply an understanding of performance marketing, conversion goals, and marketing funnels to creative decision-making.
• Use AI tools as an integral part of the creative workflow - from ideation and visual exploration to motion creation, production, and scalable creative adaptations.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creative quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in creative design for marketing and performance campaigns, with a relevant portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work - Must
• Proven experience to manage the full creative process end-to-end, from brief and concept to execution, optimization, and delivery - Must
• Strong Motion Design capabilities and experience creating engaging motion assets for digital channels-Must
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools, including tools for motion generation, visual development, and design adaptations.
• Strong understanding of performance creative - including creative testing, iteration, optimization, and designing for different platforms and formats.
• Understanding of marketing and commercial funnels, audiences, conversion objectives, and how creative supports business goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple assignments, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and the ability to balance brand consistency with performance objectives.
• A relevant portfolio is required.

Hybrid position - 4 days per week at our South Tel Aviv office, 1 day working from home.
