Location: The role is an on-site opportunity based at Tel Aviv Airport office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export and import air shipments.
• Maintain relationships with the customers, terminals, Maersk offices at destination, carriers and suppliers.
• Handle E2E carrier booking transactions, follow up and billing.
• Own the resolution of customers queries and issues.
  
  

We are looking for:

• Experience in import /export airfreight operations for at least 3 years.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills; loves to pick up the phone and talk.
• Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible.
• Attention to details.
