About The Role

As a Business Strategy Lead at Brandlight, you will own high-impact strategic engagements with enterprise customers and help shape how the company turns customer needs, market signals, and data into business opportunities.

You will work directly with senior customer stakeholders, Brandlight leadership, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D to structure complex business questions, develop clear recommendations, and drive strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.

This role combines strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and commercial judgment. You will lead complex customer and business cases, identify opportunities to deepen customer value and expand relationships, and translate what we learn from customers and the market into inputs that improve our product, delivery model, and go-to-market approach.

We are looking for someone who combines top-tier analytical thinking with strong client presence, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic engagements with enterprise customers from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and execution.
• Turn complex data, customer signals, and market inputs into clear insights and executive-level presentations.
• Build and deliver executive-level narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer value, expand relationships, and develop new commercial opportunities across accounts and verticals.
• Help build repeatable delivery, expansion, and go-to-market motions.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and leadership.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, delivery methodologies, and strategic approaches that can scale across customers and use cases.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, partnerships, or a similar high-impact role.
• Background from a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar strong advantage.
• Proven experience leading strategic, client-facing engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial opportunities.
• High ownership, strong business judgment, and ability to move from strategy to execution.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
  
  

• Experience with enterprise customers, Fortune 500 brands, or senior marketing/business stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, analytics, digital transformation, or data products.
• Experience building partnerships, market expansion, or new commercial motions.
