Operations Coordinator | Herzliya Area

Mertens MalamTeam is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a leading organization in the Herzliya area

The role includes end-to-end supply chain coordination, import and logistics operations, inventory control, and ongoing collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal departments in a dynamic and multitasking environment

Responsibilities:

Entering purchase orders into the system

Handling and tracking air and sea import shipments

Providing status updates and resolving issues in real time

Coordinating deliveries, shipment receipts, and customer order picking

Handling regulatory processes

Monitoring company inventory across logistics warehouses

Providing ongoing support to company customers and relevant departments

Managing and coordinating the supply chain process from end to end

Handling special projects as required in a dynamic company environment

Coordinating transportation of goods and working with suppliers and customers

Managing inventory control including receipts, inventory movements, and order picking

Working in a dynamic and multitasking environment

Requirements:

At least two years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Import, and Logistics

Experience working with the Standards Institute for the import of electronic products

Proactive approach and willingness to learn

Good level of English is required

Knowledge and understanding of the Priority system is required

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel

Thorough and detail oriented

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
