Mertens MalamTeam is hiring a PMO for a large company in Rishon LeZion

The role includes supporting Information Systems Project Managers, building and monitoring work plans and schedules, tracking project execution, identifying risks and gaps, and working with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities:

Supporting and assisting Information Systems Project Managers

Building and monitoring work plans and project schedules

Tracking tasks, milestones, and planned versus actual performance

Identifying gaps and raising project risks

Coordinating with professional teams and stakeholders

Monitoring regulatory guidelines and their impact on organizational activities

Preparing reports and presentations for management

Working closely with various interfaces and teams across the division

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT project management

Previous experience as a PMO or in project management and control

Ability to build and manage work plans and track performance

Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces

Strong organizational and planning skills

Familiarity with regulatory environments and the ability to work with regulatory requirements is an advantage
