Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Project Manager & Division Lead for a large, stable organization in the Central District.

The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the digital services and platforms portfolio, professional and matrix management of project managers and vendors, leading techno-pedagogical solutions from conception to implementation, and managing budgets, tenders (RFPs), and annual work plans.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, including 4 years leading a team of project managers (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital services and platforms in collaboration with government ministries and pedagogical stakeholders.
• Proven experience driving innovation initiatives, working with cloud systems, and integrating AI / GenAI / LLM solutions.
• Experience in defining and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), working with APIs, and handling integrations.
• Experience in managing tenders (RFPs), vendors, budgets, work plans, and driving outcomes based on KPIs.
