Mertens MalamTeam is hiring an Information Systems Project Manager for a security organization in Jerusalem

The role includes managing and leading Information Systems and Technology projects in relevant domains according to organizational needs, while meeting objectives, budgets, and timelines and ensuring successful project implementation in line with business requirements

Responsibilities:

Managing and leading Information Systems and Technology projects

Ensuring successful project implementation according to business requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines

Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle

Identifying technological needs and evaluating potential projects

Developing tools and technologies according to organizational needs

Providing professional and technological guidance to relevant organizational units

Managing project and maintenance budgets

Managing engagements with external vendors

Managing project risks

Leading teams

Handling tenders

Performing additional tasks according to management instructions

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing IT and Technology projects

Experience working in teams and with parallel interfaces is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience in budget planning and management is an advantage

Experience working with external vendors and service providers is an advantage

Ability to motivate direct reports, matrix managed employees, and colleagues

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
