About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup in the design and creative-tech space looking for an agile, high-ownership Marketing Manager to build our marketing engine from the ground up. Working closely with our Head of Brand and leadership, you will own the entire marketing lifecycle—from high-level strategy to direct, roll-up-your-sleeves execution.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Build and execute the cross-channel marketing roadmap, balancing digital acquisition, content, and brand initiatives.
• Organic & Social Growth: Drive inbound demand and build a compelling organic presence across key channels (LinkedIn in particular).
• Content & Storytelling: Produce high-impact marketing copy, brand narratives, and collateral that fuel the inbound pipeline.
• Events & Visibility: Coordinate industry events, product launches, and award submissions to elevate market presence.
• Pipeline Acceleration: Optimize the funnel alongside sales and leadership to convert attention into qualified demand.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end marketing experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills tailored for marketing collateral and digital channels.
• Organic Channel Mastery: Proven track record growing social engagement, brand authority, and community presence.
• Self-Starter Execution: High autonomy to run multi-threaded projects without needing an established playbook.
• Holistic Toolkit: Firm grasp of branding, digital acquisition fundamentals, and data-driven marketing.
