Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Digital Asset Manager for a leading financial organization in Lod. The role focuses on managing the bank’s digital assets, including websites and applications, while representing the Technology Division within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Manage the bank’s digital assets, including websites and applications

Represent the Technology Division within Agile teams

Manage releases, integrations, and coordinate development activities across interfacing systems

Connect technological solutions with the bank’s core systems

Review and approve HLD and LLD documents

Coordinate production deployments

Take responsibility for acceptance testing and ensuring deliverable quality

Work closely with Product Managers, development teams, users, and vendors

Develop technological solutions, perform systems analysis, and identify constraints and issues

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with banking systems

Proven experience managing information systems within financial organizations

Extensive proven knowledge of digital systems and experience working in an Agile environment

Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management

Ability to manage and drive development teams and interfacing teams, with a broad system-level perspective and strong analytical capabilities
