Backend Chapter Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Backend Chapter Lead !

The role includes professional leadership of the Backend domain at an organizational level, influencing dozens of developers and multiple development teams, driving architecture and technological standards, promoting Engineering Excellence, leading cross-organizational initiatives, and providing professional mentoring.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and Backend systems – Must
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Experience providing cross-functional technical leadership across multiple development teams
• Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems
• Significant experience with AWS
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong Architecture, Mentoring, and technical leadership skills

Advantages:

• Experience in Fintech / Banking / Payments
• Experience with OpenShift
• Familiarity with AI-Assisted Development
