About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Success Analyst to join our team and work closely with Israeli clients in a role combining marketing analytics, performance, and customer success.

This is not a Marketing Automation role. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing funnels, PPC, customer behavior, and performance data, and can translate insights into clear recommendations and business actions.

You will work directly with customers, analyze their performance and behavior, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of initiatives from analysis through execution and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Customer Analytics

• Analyze customer and marketing data across acquisition, conversion, retention, and purchasing behavior.
• Identify trends, customer segments, behavioral patterns, and commercial opportunities.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance, including PPC and paid acquisition.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
• Build and present ongoing performance reports for customers and internal stakeholders.

Customer Success & Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Israeli customers.
• Understand customer business goals and marketing objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Act as a data-driven marketing partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, customer value, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Manage initiatives from planning and execution through measurement and optimization.
• Communicate performance, results, and recommendations clearly to customers.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives

• Translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives, including segmentation, offers, messaging, and targeted campaigns.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve different stages of the marketing funnel.
• Build and manage communication plans based on customer behavior and business objectives.
• Develop and evaluate A/B tests, control groups, and other testing methodologies.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and changes in customer behavior.
• Present findings and recommend next steps based on data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar analytical marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, from acquisition through conversion and retention.
• Good understanding of PPC / paid acquisition and digital marketing performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Ability to connect data, customer behavior, and business objectives.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data and insights clearly to non-technical customers.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage initiatives from analysis through execution and measurement.
• Highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Fluent Hebrew – mandatory.
• Experience working with Israeli customers or the Israeli market – an advantage.
