We’re Hiring: AI Engineering Team Lead 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineering Team Lead to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI & Generative AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary AI development team

• Design and build production-grade AI & GenAI solutions

• Stay highly hands-on with coding, architecture, Code Reviews, and complex troubleshooting

• Develop solutions involving LLMs, AI Agents, Tool Calling, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and semantic search

• Build scalable Backend services, APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations

• Design and deploy AI architectures across AWS & Microsoft Azure

• Drive solutions from experimentation and POCs into stable, scalable Production environments

• Define engineering standards around AI quality, evaluation, monitoring, security

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including complex Production systems

• 3+ years of direct development team management experience

• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure- MUST

• Strong and current hands-on development skills

• Proven experience building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions in Production

• Strong knowledge of LLMs and model APIs

• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Tool Calling, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering

• Backend development experience with Python, Java, Node.js, C#, or similar
