Role Description-

• Serving as an Algorithms & DSP Engineer, joining the core Algorithms group to tackle complex mathematical, communications, and signal detection challenges for next-generation defense systems.
• Driving the mathematical characterization and algorithmic design of modern wireless communication systems and weak-signal detection mechanisms.
• Developing high-fidelity system-level simulations in MATLAB and Python to evaluate algorithmic performance, waveforms, and channel dynamics.
• Designing and specifying architecture for advanced Receiver Modules, intended for implementation either directly in Software or across high-speed FPGA fabrics.
• Taking direct ownership of software implementation for algorithms or providing hands-on technical guidance to FPGA Engineers to ensure precise translation from model to silicon.
• Leading end-to-end hardware-software integration, lab bring-up, and field-level validation to achieve robust real-time operational performance.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university – Mandatory
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Algorithm Development – Mandatory
• Deep, proven expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Wireless Communication Algorithms, Physical Layer (PHY) design, or Wi-Fi protocols – Mandatory
• Strong practical programming and modeling proficiency in Python OR MATLAB – Mandatory
• Hands-on laboratory experience with RF test equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Signal Generators) – Advantage
• In-depth knowledge of modern Cellular protocols (4G/5G) or proprietary Wireless Communication standards – Advantage
• Familiarity with C/C++ embedded implementations or FPGA synthesis flows – Advantage
