C++ Software Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Low-Level C++ Infrastructure Engineer, reporting to the Software Team Lead and driving core engine development within a high-performance trading infrastructure squad.
• Designing, developing, and profiling mission-critical, ultra-low-latency core systems and real-time execution engines in Modern C++ on Linux.
• Architecting foundational infrastructure, memory managers, and high-throughput data pipes operating at microsecond/nanosecond latency thresholds.
• Tackling deep low-level engineering challenges, including kernel-bypass mechanisms, concurrency, cache optimization, and hardware acceleration interfaces.
• Collaborating closely with Quantitative Researchers and Algorithmic Trading specialists to translate mathematical models into production-grade, deterministic execution logic.
• Continuously benchmarking, diagnosing, and optimizing system bottlenecks across memory, network stacks, and CPU cycles.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in C++ / C – Mandatory
• Extensive practical background developing and debugging on Linux / Embedded Linux (internals, OS primitives, multithreading, memory management) – Mandatory
• Deep, proven track record in Low-Level software development and high-performance system programming – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), or service in an elite IDF technological unit – Mandatory
• Strong grasp of hardware architecture, memory caching, networking protocols (TCP/UDP), and lock-free data structures – Significant Advantage
• Prior background in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Real-Time systems, Kernel programming, or Low-Latency algorithmic platforms – Advantage
