Role Description

• Serving as a Core Backend / Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Heavy), driving end-to-end architecture and implementation of next-generation cybersecurity products powered by Agentic AI.
• Developing core backend services, distributed orchestration pipelines, and autonomous reasoning agents primarily in Python.
• Taking comprehensive product ownership from concept to production, working cross-functionally with security researchers and AI engineers to translate offensive tactics into scalable software components.
• Engineering low-latency execution engines capable of autonomous reconnaissance, dynamic payload delivery, and complex network traversal.
• Contributing to core system architecture, data workflows, and internal tooling to support rapid platform iteration and customer deployment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on software development experience as a Backend Engineer or Backend-oriented Full-Stack Engineer – Mandatory
• Strong, production-grade programming proficiency in Python – Mandatory
• Recent and substantial hands-on experience developing software within the Cybersecurity industry (offensive security, security tooling, vulnerability management, or network security) – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering OR an alumnus of an elite IDF technological unit (e.g., 8200, 81, Matzov, Unit 49, Unit 90, or equivalent intelligence/cyber units) – Mandatory
• Hands-on familiarity or strong practical understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, or Autonomous Multi-Agent architectures – Significant Advantage
• Prior background in offensive security concepts, penetration testing principles, or CTF competitions – Advantage
