Role Description The Supply Chain Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Herzliya. This role is responsible for forecasting and planning demand across product categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support store and online operations. The Supply Chain Planner coordinates production and replenishment schedules, collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and monitors supply chain performance against key metrics. Daily tasks include analyzing sales and inventory data, identifying trends and risks, and recommending adjustments to demand and production plans. The role also involves supporting process improvements, contributing to cross-functional projects, and helping maintain a reliable, efficient flow of goods throughout Super-Pharm’s network.

Qualifications

• Strong Demand Planning and Production Planning skills to manage forecasts, inventory levels, and replenishment schedules.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, generating insights, and optimizing supply chain performance.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Relevant academic background in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytics or planning tools; experience with ERP or supply chain systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to details.
