Role: Controller (Tel Aviv)

We are seeking a Controller to join our Tel Aviv finance team and lead core financial operations for our private credit platform. This position requires strong technical accounting capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, hands-on environment while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for the management companies in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Accounting: Oversee general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ongoing accounting processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budget process, ongoing forecasting, and financial analysis, working closely with the VP Finance.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure financial operations comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and internal control procedures.
• Audit & Tax: Support the annual audit process and assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Management Reporting: Prepare internal financial reports, budget-vs-actual analyses, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Cash Flow & Process Improvement: Monitor cash flow, support payment processes, and help improve financial systems, tools, and workflows.

Qualifications

• • CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Israeli accounting regulations.

1. • Excellent Excel skills – must.

• • Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Priority, or similar systems – advantage.
• • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
