Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Part-Time or Full-Time

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global executive search firm and support international recruitment projects across a variety of industries and seniority levels.

This is a junior position suitable for recent BA graduates, current students, or candidates with one to two years of recruitment experience who want to build a career in global recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support global recruitment projects throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
• Conduct targeted searches to identify suitable candidates
• Screen and interview candidates
• Manage candidate communication and engagement
• Collaborate closely with our international recruitment team
• Support recruitment operations and placement processes

Requirements

• BA graduate or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field – mandatory
• Up to one to two years of recruitment experience – an advantage, but not mandatory
• Experience in technology recruitment – an advantage
• Availability for part-time or full-time employment
• Availability for at least three days per week, including morning hours – mandatory
• Strong sales and marketing orientation
• Excellent written and spoken English – mandatory
• Organized, proactive, people-oriented, and highly motivated
