Global Logistics Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role will support the execution of international logistics activities, including air and ocean freight, shipment tracking, documentation, cost control, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and fulfillment centers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, and able to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

This is an on-site, 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv offices position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international air and ocean shipments from origin to final destination.
• Monitor shipments closely and provide clear, timely status updates.
• Work with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and fulfillment centers.
• Obtain, review, and compare freight quotations.
• Support freight negotiations and identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.
• Review shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs entry summaries.
• Ensure shipments comply with documentation requirements and applicable international shipping regulations.
• Proactively identify delays, documentation gaps, and other operational issues, and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and logistics reports.
• Review freight invoices and investigate discrepancies between quoted and invoiced costs.
• Support inventory transfers between suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
• Assist with logistics-related reporting and performance analysis.
• Help improve logistics processes, workflows, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary, including occasional Fridays, due to the international nature of the role.
• Knowledge of the Priority ERP system is an advantage.
