• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing infrastructure and scripts to validate cellular base stations, ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements


• Support and enhance test management tools and continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline validation workflows


• Maintain and improve database management and analytical tools used for test result tracking and performance analysis


• Lead the creation and ownership of comprehensive system test plans in close collaboration with automation and QA teams


• Investigate root causes of test failures and work with development teams to define and implement corrective actions


• Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement


• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in electronic/computer science engineering


• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation for communication systems


• Strong proficiency in Python programming within automated test environments


• Familiarity with RF test instruments, including Spectrum Analyzers, SG, and network analyzer


• Experienced in designing and implementing test automation frameworks


• Solid background in system testing, with a focus on cellular communication systems


• Proven experience in planning, estimating, and developing comprehensive system-level tests


• Knowledge of RF fundamentals and communication theory


• Proficient in defect tracking and knowledge management tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Highly independent, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with strong multitasking abilities


• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environments
