Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be updating a timeline; you'll be making sure the right work happens in the right order, across every team building mylo.

What You'll Do

• Own the Roadmap Execution: Turn mylo's product, growth, and expansion priorities into clear project plans with real owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Keep engineering, product, marketing, and leadership aligned as multiple workstreams — from new feature launches to the U.S. rollout — run in parallel.
• Remove Blockers: Spot what's stuck before it becomes a crisis, and chase down whatever's needed to get it moving again.
• Bring Structure Without Slowing Us Down: Introduce the right amount of process for a fast-moving startup — enough to keep projects on track, not so much that it becomes its own overhead.
• Report Up and Out: Keep leadership and the team informed on status, risks, and what's actually shipping, with a clear view of what's on track and what isn't.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3-5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally at a startup or fast-moving product company. PMP certification required.
• Organized Under Pressure: You can hold five moving projects in your head at once without losing track of any of them.
• A Real Communicator: You translate between engineering, marketing, and leadership without anything getting lost or misunderstood.
• Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: You track the metrics that show whether a project actually moved the needle, not just whether it shipped.
• A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Points: Experience managing projects across both technical and non-technical teams, familiarity with tools like monday.com or Jira, or prior work at a company going through international expansion.
