What You'll Do:

• Product Insight & Strategy: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to map out user journeys, analyze feature adoption, and translate data insights into concrete roadmap recommendations.
• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Own the end-to-end product experimentation pipeline—from defining metrics, hypothesis generation, and test design, to statistical analysis and post-launch evaluation.
• Core Product Metrics & Tracking: Define, implement, and track critical KPI frameworks (retention, engagement, conversion funnels) to ensure data-driven decision-making across all product initiatives.
• Self-Serve Analytics Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards, data models, and analytical tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) to empower product teams with real-time insights.
• Deep-Dive Behavioral Analysis: Perform exploratory analysis to identify churn drivers, optimize onboarding funnels, and unlock new opportunities for user acquisition and retention.

Who You Are:

• Product Analytics Veteran: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics within fast-growing B2C/tech startups - Must.
• Data & SQL Power User: Advanced SQL skills, strong statistical foundation, and deep expertise with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Tableau, Looker) - Must.
• Experimentation Expert: Proven track record of designing, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests and multivariate experiments at scale.
• Product-Minded Storyteller: Ability to look beyond the numbers, understand the human psychology behind user behavior, and communicate complex findings clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Fluent Communicator: Native/Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken) with top-tier presentation and data-visualization skills - Must.
• Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter with an owner's mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to drive impact independently in a fast-paced environment.
