Role Description The Civil Engineer role at Deima consultancy is a full-time, onsite responsible for supporting the planning, design, and review of civil infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design calculations, drawings, and reports; coordinating with project managers and other engineers; and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The role involves evaluating technical data, performing feasibility assessments, and assisting in the preparation of project documentation and client presentations. The engineer will also participate in virtual meetings, provide timely updates on project progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering : Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
• Professional practice: Candidates should be experienced Civil Engineers with knowledge of Planning principles for infrastructure and land development.
• Specialized expertise: Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management, including hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design of drainage systems.
• Education and credentials: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is beneficial.
• Technical tools: Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and familiarity with relevant modeling tools and standards.
• Analytical and communication skills: Strong analytical abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to present technical information to diverse stakseholders.
