Information Technology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Manager to join our expanding IT department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and security of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide hands-on technical support to employees and ensure a high level of IT service and responsiveness.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, devices, and IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure data security, backups, business continuity, and compliance with relevant security standards.
• Manage the IT budget, software licenses, hardware procurement, and technology-related expenses.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with management and other teams to understand business needs and align IT solutions with company goals.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows & macOS environments.
• Understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Active Directory (IAM, device management).
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud identity management and security.
• Working in a retail org
