Investor Relations Coordinator - Alternative Investments

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join a growing activity in the field of Alternative Investments.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who already has a good understanding of capital markets and investments and wants to build a career in the investment industry.

What will you do?

• Support the ongoing relationship with distributors, business partners and sales teams.
• Assist with the sales and business development activity of alternative investment products.
• Prepare presentations, product materials and professional content for meetings, conferences and clients.
• Create and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations in Hebrew and English.
• Produce reports, track activity and analyze business data using Salesforce and additional systems.
• Maintain and update product pages, presentations and commercial materials.
• Work closely with Investment, Sales, Marketing and other teams across the organization.
• Identify trends and provide insights that support business and sales activity.

Who are we looking for?

• Good understanding of capital markets, investment products and the investment world – required.
• Strong interest in alternative investments and financial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field – an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High-level Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM or BI systems – an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a strong desire to learn and grow in the investment industry.

Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but familiarity with the capital markets and investment terminology is essential.
