PV/BESS Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the sales and promotion of PV modules and energy storage products in the assigned region.
2. Implement company policies and conduct customer management in accordance with sales plans to achieve sales targets.
3. Capture market intelligence and provide timely payment collection recommendations to safeguard the company’s interests.
4. Promptly resolve customer feedback issues and submit periodic summary reports.
5. Collect market information, track PV industry policies, market trends and competitors via domestic and overseas media channels, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the company’s development.
6. Plan and execute business activities including exhibitions, seminars and other events.
7. Maintain smooth communication with clients to build and sustain long-term sound customer relationships.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of overseas marketing experience in PV modules or energy storage industry; proficient in overseas sales workflows and market conditions.
3. Experienced in long-term market research and industry practice, familiar with industry business models with accumulated customer channels and resources.
4. Excellent verbal expression, communication, emergency response and negotiation capabilities.
