Junior Solar Account Coordinator

Join our Solar Operations Center and become part of a team responsible for keeping commercial solar systems running at peak performance.

This is an entry-level, operations-focused role that combines system monitoring, issue coordination, customer communication, and problem-solving.

No prior experience is required we provide complete, in-house training from day one. You'll work with advanced monitoring platforms, coordinate service activities, and act as a key point of contact to ensure customers receive timely updates and high-quality support.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the performance of commercial solar systems through dedicated monitoring platforms.

2.Detect system alerts, equipment faults, and operational issues.

3.Open, coordinate, and track service requests until resolution.

4.Work closely with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

5.Communicate with customers regarding system status and maintenance activities.

6.Review operational dashboards and system information to support daily decision-making.

7.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure follow-up on ongoing tasks.

8.Prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

5.Comfortable working with computer systems, operational platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Position Details

Language: Hebrew (Mandatory)

Location: Tel Aviv

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday | 08:00-17:00

Optional Weekend Shift: Friday or Saturday (approximately 3 hours)
