IT & Data Infrastructure Team Lead (Russian Speaker)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, driven IT & Data Infrastructure Team Lead to restructure and elevate our internal IT and database capabilities. This role focuses on internal data systems, database architecture management, user tools, and operational performance dashboards (e.g., manufacturing capacity tracking and business intelligence). We require a structured technical leader to take ownership of company data assets, streamline infrastructure, and maintain high performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Database Leadership: Lead the IT team in designing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise databases, internal tools, and operational dashboards.
• Data Integration & Business Tools: Build reliable data pipelines to provide real-time management metrics, production reporting, and cross-departmental operational visibility.
• Team Direction & Management: Drive daily execution for internal IT members, eliminating performance bottlenecks and ensuring timely system delivery.
• System Security & Governance: Establish safe, scalable data environments, API integrations, and secure sandbox configurations to protect core enterprise data.
• Management Alignment: Collaborate directly with senior management and department heads to translate operational requirements into functional IT tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical IT engineering experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in database architecture, SQL/NoSQL administration, BI reporting tools, and enterprise data infrastructure.
• Profile & Character: Strong technical leader with clear analytical skills, capable of driving team velocity and taking full project ownership.
• Languages: Professional fluency in Russian is required for team integration. Working proficiency in English and/or Hebrew is a plus.
