Commercial Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy - JB-3510

For a leading and fast-growing renewable energy company (Sharon Area),

we are seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel with strong expertise in the renewable energy sector.

The role offers the opportunity to provide strategic and ongoing legal support across the company’s renewable energy activities, including business development, project development, land agreements, and complex commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal counsel to the company and its renewable energy projects.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, including EPC, O&M, PPA, financing, land agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support throughout transactions, projects, and strategic processes, from initiation through completion.
• Support business development activities and project development processes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory and legal matters relevant to the energy sector.

Requirements:

• Licensed Israeli attorney.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial law, with proven expertise in the energy sector, preferably renewable energy.
• Proven experience negotiating and leading complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of energy-sector regulation and relevant legal frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, independent working ability, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
