- Full responsibility for managing and leading the project through all stages, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring high construction standards—from the start of on-site work through apartment handover
- Managing all construction activities while meeting budget and schedule targets
- Managing the site office and project team, as well as professional consultants and internal and external teams
- Leading construction meetings, negotiations, and contractual engagements
- Working with contractors and suppliers, managing agreements, and supervising subcontractors
- Education: Certified engineer with a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering – required
- Previous experience managing residential construction projects
- Strong engineering and technical understanding
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- Strong creativity, analytical and spatial-thinking abilities, with a focus on streamlining processes and providing practical on-site solutions
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, authorities, and clients
- Results-driven and assertive, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong professional ethics and personal integrity
