Talent Acquisition Specialist

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team.

This is a hands-on recruitment role with end-to-end responsibility for a variety of professional, headquarters and managerial positions, from the initial sourcing and screening stages through interviews and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of professional and headquarters positions

Conduct CV screening and candidate sourcing

Conduct phone, face-to-face and online interviews

Assess candidates’ professional experience, competencies and overall fit

Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout the process

Support offer stages and recruitment closures

Requirements:

Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment – required

Experience recruiting for professional and/or headquarters positions – significant advantage

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Experience conducting both telephone and face-to-face interviews

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High level of professionalism, maturity and judgment

Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
