Are you ready to make people fall in love with paying for love? mylo isn't just another dating app. It's an AI matchmaker built to find love—and we need a sharp Subscription Growth Manager to make Mylo+ the easiest yes a user ever makes. Dating is broken. Together, we're fixing it.

Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be tweaking a price tag; you'll be deciding how mylo turns real connection into a sustainable business.

• Own Mylo+ End to End: Take full ownership of the Mylo+ subscription — pricing, packaging, paywall placement, and upgrade flow — as its own product, not a side feature.
• Fight Churn: Build and run the retention playbook for subscribers, from win-back flows to understanding exactly why people cancel.
• Test and Iterate: Run structured A/B tests on pricing tiers, paywall timing, and offer framing, and turn the results into a clear roadmap.
• Read the Funnel: Partner with analytics to build the dashboards that show conversion, LTV, and churn by cohort, so decisions are backed by data, not guesses.
• Coordinate Across Monetization: Work alongside the teams running Flashes and advertising so subscription strategy strengthens the other pillars instead of competing with them.

• Experienced: 3-5+ years in subscription, growth, or monetization product roles at a B2C mobile app, ideally with real ownership of a paywall or pricing strategy.
• A Pricing & Paywall Specialist: You know how to design and test pricing tiers, paywall placement, and upsell moments without making the product feel like it's nagging.
• Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: Fluent in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and churn diagnostics, and you use them to drive real decisions.
• Gen AI Savvy: You understand what makes mylo's AI matchmaking worth paying for, and know how to build that value into the subscription pitch.
• A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Points: Experience running subscription products specifically in dating, social, or other relationship-driven apps, or a background in behavioral pricing.
