Commissioning Engineer (all discipline)

The company supports projects from early programming and design stages through construction, testing, startup, handover, and ongoing operation in line with customer requirements.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commissioning Engineer (all disciplines) role located in Kiryat Gat. The Commissioning Engineer will plan, execute, and document commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems for industrial projects. Responsibilities include performing functional and performance tests, coordinating with design, construction, and operations teams, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing test procedures, commissioning reports, and punch lists, supporting startup and handover processes, and collaborating with maintenance and operations staff to secure smooth transition to ongoing operation. The Commissioning Engineer will work closely with project managers and clients to align commissioning activities with project schedules and customer requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong Electrical/Mechanical/Controls/Civil engineering foundation with practical experience in Electrical Engineering and Commissioning Engineering activities.
• Proficiency in Electrical/Mechanical/Controls/Civil Testing and system Testing for industrial installations and equipment.
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of electrical and multidisciplinary systems in complex industrial environments.
• Experience in commissioning processes for mechanical, instrumentation, control, and process systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Controls/Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices for industrial facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and commissioning documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams and clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple commissioning tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
• Previous experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., Data Center, manufacturing, process plants, or high-tech facilities) is preferred.
